BFE Trolling Motor Mounting Spacer
Need additional clearance between your trolling motor mount and the bow of your boat?
The BFE Trolling Motor Mounting Spacer installs underneath the trolling motor scissor bracket to raise the entire trolling motor mount by either 1/2" or 3/4".
It's a simple solution for installations where recessed bow surfaces, raised bow plates, trim pieces or other obstructions prevent the trolling motor mount from sitting or operating correctly.

Choose the amount of additional clearance needed for your installation:

Both versions install between the trolling motor mount and the boat's mounting surface.

Solve Trolling Motor Bow Clearance Problems

Recessed areas, factory bow panels, trim pieces and other obstructions can interfere with the trolling motor mount or prevent it from sitting at the proper height.
Instead of modifying the trolling motor mount or surrounding bow components, the BFE Trolling Motor Spacer raises the complete mount to create additional clearance.
Marine-Grade Starboard Construction
The spacer is manufactured from durable marine-grade Starboard, making it well suited for permanent installation on a boat.
Unlike materials that can absorb moisture or corrode, Starboard is designed to withstand exposure to the marine environment.
Trolling Motor Compatibility
The BFE Trolling Motor Spacer is pre-drilled for major trolling motor brands, making it suitable for a wide range of bow-mount trolling motors.

Power-Pole MOVE: The spacer is not pre-drilled for the Power-Pole mounting pattern, but it can be drilled to accommodate a Power-Pole MOVE installation.
Choose the Correct Thickness
The goal is to raise the trolling motor only as much as necessary to clear the obstruction.
Choose the 1/2" spacer when only a small amount of additional clearance is required.
Choose the 3/4" spacer when the installation requires additional height.
