Shipping 

Orders that you submit online are processed in the regular course of business and may not be cancelled once the merchandise has been delivered to a carrier for shipment. Free shipping on orders over $500 within the continental United States. Some exclusions apply such as but not limited to Oversized Trolling Motors and items over 90 lbs. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

BassFishin Electronics, LLC (“BassFishin”) assumes no responsibility for any package that is damaged, lost or stolen after being delivered by BassFishin to the carrier for shipment.   In the event a package is lost/delayed during transit by the carrier, BassFishin will open a trace on the package. This process can take 7-10 business days to complete. If it is determined the package is completely lost by the carrier then BassFishin will send a replacement package upon completion of the investigation.  BassFishin is NOT obligated to send a replacement package until a full investigation is completed by the carrier. It is not uncommon for a package to be delayed 3-5 business days past normal carrier dates given at the time of checkout. These transit times are an estimate provided by the carrier and not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery Signature

The customer is responsible for requesting/paying for a signature if they will not be available to accept the package upon delivery or have concerns of theft at the delivery address.  

Transit Times

If free shipping is selected during the checkout process, BassFishin Electronics is responsible for selecting the shipping method. There is no guaranteed transit times on any shipping services unless UPS Overnight is selected by the customer. All other services such as UPS 2 day, 3 day, etc are estimated deliveries and not guaranteed. BassFishin Electronics assumes no responsibility for transit time once the package is picked up by the carrier and no refunds/credits will be issued for any delayed transit times.
