Does your pre-owned inventory come with a warranty?

• All pre-owned equipment comes with a 30 day warranty.

What should be included with my trade in unit?

• Your trade should include the gimbal bracket, knobs, sun cover, and power cable. If any of these items are missing, the value will be deducted from your trade.

What is a gimbal bracket?

• The u-shaped metal or plastic bracket used to secure your fishfinder to the boat with knobs.

What does a complete bracket mean for my transducer?

• This means the transducer should include the flat part of the bracket, the transom part of the bracket, the bolts that attach the transom part to the flat piece, and the screws that connect the enitre bracket to the transducer. If any of these are missing, the value of the complete bracket will be deducted from your trade value. 

What should be included with my Mega 360 Trade In?

• It should include the Ultrex flat plate, bolts that attach the flat plate to the trolling motor, the knuckle where the 360 slides into, Mega 360 power cable, and the Helix/Solix transducer adapters. 

What should be included with my Live Sonar trade?

• You must include the power cable for the black box, the network cable with any adapters, the shaft mount for the transducer to attach to the trolling motor, and the transducer itself.

What causes a trade to be rejected?

• Scratches on the screen, white splatter on the plastic housing of the unit, any major gouges, screen defects on the backside of the screen, buttons that do not fuctions, damaged or corrded pins.

What model fishfinder do I have?

• The exact model can be found on the underside of the unit along with the serial number for Lowrance and Humminbird. If you have a Garmin Echomap you may need to remove the unit from the cradle to see the model. 

What transducer do I have?

• There should be a tag near the connector of the transducer that shows the model of your transducer.
