BFE 60-Day Used Trolling Motor Limited Warranty

BassFishin Electronics stands behind the used trolling motors we sell. Each qualifying used trolling motor is inspected and tested by BFE prior to sale and includes a 60-Day BFE Limited Warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 60 days from the date of delivery or local pickup and applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable.

What Is Covered

During the 60-day warranty period, BassFishin Electronics will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective components if the failure is determined to be related to the condition of the trolling motor at the time of sale.

If BFE determines that a covered repair cannot reasonably be completed, we may replace the trolling motor with a comparable used unit or provide a refund of the original purchase price.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Propellers and other normal wear items
• Damage caused by impact, collision, grounding, or striking underwater objects
• Water intrusion, corrosion, or damage resulting from improper storage
• Improper installation, removal, or rigging
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage, reverse polarity, improper wiring, batteries, chargers, breakers, or electrical connections
• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or operation outside the manufacturer's intended use
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed after purchase
• Damage occurring during customer-arranged transportation or shipping
• Missing accessories or components that were disclosed in the original product listing
• Cosmetic condition or pre-existing cosmetic wear disclosed or visible at the time of purchase

Warranty Service

Contact BassFishin Electronics before attempting any repair or returning the trolling motor. We may request photos, video, troubleshooting information, proof of purchase, or other information necessary to diagnose the issue.

Warranty repairs must be authorized by BassFishin Electronics before work is performed. Repairs performed by another dealer, repair facility, or individual without prior BFE authorization will not be reimbursed and may not be covered by this warranty.

Shipping, Removal & Installation

Unless otherwise approved by BassFishin Electronics, the customer is responsible for costs associated with removal, reinstallation, transportation, and shipping of the trolling motor for warranty evaluation or service.

BFE is not responsible for boat downtime, loss of use, travel expenses, tournament expenses, or other incidental or consequential costs associated with a warranty claim.

Manufacturer Warranty

Used trolling motors may or may not have remaining manufacturer warranty coverage. Any manufacturer warranty is separate from the BFE 60-Day Limited Warranty and is subject to the manufacturer's eligibility, transferability, and warranty requirements.

Used Equipment Condition

Used trolling motors may show signs of previous installation and use, including scratches, scuffs, mounting marks, or other cosmetic wear. BFE makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe the condition of each motor and disclose known issues or missing components in the individual product listing.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to trolling motors specifically sold with the 60-Day BFE Limited Warranty stated in the product listing. Clearance, parts-only, as-is, or other equipment specifically identified as not including a warranty is excluded.
