30-Day Limited Warranty – Used Marine Electronics

BassFishin Electronics (BFE) provides a 30-Day Limited Warranty on eligible used fish finders, chartplotters, sonar units, and transducers purchased directly from BFE.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What Is Covered

During the 30-day warranty period, BFE warrants that the used equipment will function as represented at the time of sale.

Coverage includes functional failures of the unit or transducer under normal use that were not disclosed in the product listing at the time of purchase.

If a covered failure occurs, BFE will, at its discretion:

• Repair the item

• Replace it with a comparable used item when available

• Issue store credit

• Refund the purchase price of the affected item

Replacement with an identical model is not guaranteed due to the nature of used inventory.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, discoloration, or other cosmetic conditions

• Damage caused by improper installation or wiring

• Reverse polarity, incorrect voltage, electrical shorts, surges, or inadequate power supply

• Water intrusion or physical damage occurring after delivery

• Damage to connectors, pins, cables, plugs, or transducer elements caused during installation or removal

• Impact damage to transducers

• Damage caused by modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repair

• Compatibility issues with other equipment, networks, software, accessories, or boat systems

• Missing accessories or components that were not included in the original product listing

• Normal wear and tear

• Labor, installation, removal, troubleshooting, travel, or shipping costs unless specifically authorized by BFE

Condition of Used Equipment

Used electronics may show normal signs of previous installation and use. Cosmetic condition does not affect warranty coverage unless a specific condition was materially misrepresented in the original listing.

Warranty Claims

Customers experiencing an issue must contact BassFishin Electronics within the 30-day warranty period before returning or attempting to repair the item.

BFE may require photos, video, serial numbers, diagnostic information, or troubleshooting before authorizing a return.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returns and Shipping

Warranty coverage does not automatically include return shipping or installation/removal costs. BFE must authorize any warranty return before shipment.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Manufacturer Warranty

Unless specifically stated in the product listing, used equipment should not be assumed to include the original manufacturer's warranty.

This 30-Day Limited Warranty is provided directly by BassFishin Electronics and is separate from any manufacturer warranty that may remain on the product.
