Lowrance part 000-16508-001 features the updated Ghost X indicator design with 1:1 tracking between the indicator arrow and trolling motor lower unit, providing a more accurate visual reference for exactly where your trolling motor is pointing.
For anglers using forward-facing sonar, that improved directional reference can make it easier to understand trolling motor and transducer orientation while fishing.

1:1 Directional Tracking

Why Upgrade an Original Lowrance Ghost?
The original Ghost indicator provides a visual reference for trolling motor direction, but the newer Ghost X indicator system improves the relationship between the arrow and actual lower-unit position.
With the 000-16508-001 upgrade kit, original Ghost owners can add the newer indicator design without replacing the trolling motor.
For anglers frequently using ActiveTarget, LiveScope, MEGA Live or other forward-facing sonar systems, knowing exactly where the trolling motor is pointing can be especially valuable.
