If you have a mounting plate with 4 holes where it attaches to the ultrex then you need this stabilizer:

***BFE assumes no responsibility for denied warranty claims through Humminbird. Humminbird only offers a one year warranty on the Mega 360 so outside of that this is not a concern. We feel the benefits of the stabilizer out weighs the warranty issues as these transducers loosen and fail often in rough water with no added support.
